- Makeup as a Category is Non Returnable
- RETURN/EXCHANGE IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR A WRONG PRODUCT
- Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
- To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Follow steps below to begin process

- Provide us with proper pictures of the product you have received along with the picture of the invoice.
- In case of payment refund the paid amount will automatically be applied to your Pigment Play Wallet, within 2 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund in 7-10 business days, first check your Pigment Play account again.
